Inspiron One 2330 No display

Question

Hello, I need some help with an Inspiron One 2330 (not a touch screen)and I'm all out of ideas. I have no internal display or VGA out display. I installed a new inverter and VGA daughter board along with new cables and still no display. I finally thought about the VGA in so I connected my PC to the Video in and I have a normal display. That rules out the LCD. That leaves a screwed up BIOS which I did reset, Motherboard or a defective cable. I just can't think of anything else I can try. Is the motherboard my next purchase to get this thing working as a PC and not a glorified monitor. I also remove the hard drive and ran check disk. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
