Dell XPS Studio 1647 Touch-sensitive volume buttons not working

Question

Hi Guys,   My Dell XPS Studio Volume buttons are not working. Usually when you press the touch sensitive buttons, a small screen pops up with volume bar, but at the moment nothing is appearing. Any ideas?   Any response will be appreciated   Thanks,   Martyn

It appears that the Quickset Application is not working properly. Please update the Quickset Application from the link http://dell.to/12HUov5.
