Hi DELL-Senthil S,

Meanwhile i figured out, that in the device properties i need to disable the energy efficient ethernet option.

With this disabled the ethernet has 100Mbps.

Thanks for the help.

Hi Warloxk,

Please try using the laptop in a different network (friends place or neighbours place) incase the issue persists with the different network, Please update the BIOS using the link below.

http://dell.to/14YtBzA

Connect the Ac Adapter while updating the BIOS and do not use the system until it restarts after the update

To update the BIOS please refer to the video in the link below.

After updating the BIOS incase the issue persists, you may have to perform a PC restore (factory default) settings using the link below.

Note: Performing PC restore will lead to data loss, so please back up all the files and folders.

Let me know about the progress.

Hi DELL-Senthil S,

Thanks for the info, i tried on a different network with different router (TP-Link) with different cables but nothing still 10Mbps.

Then i updated the BIOS from 12 to 15 and tried again, but nothing changed, then i reinstalled the realtek driver but still 10Mbps

The Realtek driver i installed : http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/inspiron-17r-se-7720?driverId=P7W53&osCode=W764&fileId=3126810682&languageCode=EN&categoryId=NI

The same cable with a Dell 7110 laptop has 100Mbps so the cable/router is fine.
