Hi MaximIrish,

Please restart and tap the f2 key and in the BIOS go to boot or boot sequence please ensure hard disc or hdd is set as first boot device. Save changes and exit.

Check if the system is booting normally. To confirm the hardware functionality, I would request you to run the Pre-Boot System Assessment (PSA / ePSA) Diagnostics to check the functionality of the hardware components installed in the system. Run the test and check if gives any error code. Note down the error code and update me with the same, would let you know the next course of action.

You may also refer to this video on how to run the PSA Diagnostics: http://dell.to/1dMViiD

Please check and post the results.

Hi MaximIrish,

Hard drive is not detected by the system, I suggest you to reseat the hard drive and check if it is detected.

Follow the steps from this link to reseat the hard drive: http://bit.ly/XfoMeD

Please post the results.

I know this is an old post but a friend had the same problem. I was able to resolve their issue by doing the following...

On boot up hit F12

arrow down to 'change boot mode setting'

turn 'Legacy boot mode, secure boot' ON

turn 'UEFI Boot mode, secure boot' ON

Hit F10 to save and exit.

Boots to Win 8 now

I had the same error. I got the discs from Dell to reinstall windows eight and it still wouldn't stall, but I was able to get to this point where you run into trouble. I did manage to remove partitions and reformat and I found this resolved the problem. It would seem  this particular issue may be caused by a partition error.
