I appreciate that you have performed few steps to resolve this issue, the game requirements for your system is met. Also let me know if you have the same issue while you’re using the other application like (watching movies, videos and surfing online). Also try installing a different game and check if the issue persists?
Hi Senthil. Thanks for the response. I have the same problem with Company of Heroes, which is 7 years old! Not to as great an extent though. Videos, surfing the web, Lightroom etc all work splendidly. Just seems to be games...
Please uninstall the driver through device manager and programs and features, follow the steps below.
Start > in search box type in programs and features > select the video driver right click on it and uninstall. Restart your computer.
You can also uninstall the video driver from device manager. Please follow the steps below.
Start > in search box type in device manager > under the sound, video and game controller > select the video driver and right click on it and uninstall and check the box (delete the software for this device). Restart your computer. Install the video driver which I have provided in my previous post.

Please update the driver in the exact same order.
