HershF,
Your Dell 924 printer was made for Dell by Lexmark. Try going to Lexmark's website and look for a similar printer. The drivers may or may not work.

Also, I downloaded and installed Lexmark Z600 installer but it can't see the printer in Chooser.

HershF,
Lexmark only provided Dell with Windows drivers. This is an older model printer, so it's doubtful if Lexmark will be coming out with any new drivers.
Your only hope if finding a similar printer with Mac OS drivers that may work. Here is a Mac Driver CLICK HERE that works for the Dell 968 printer. Maybe it will work for you.
