It's likely the screen needs to be replaced - before you call support to arrange that, you may want to use an external monitor to check to see that the image on it is OK.

Hi Qwanti,

As ejn63 said, connect an external monitor and check display on External monitor.

Also, run LCD BIST on the computer:

If the computer has active warranty I shall go ahead and arrange for a service to replace the part.
