I also have a Dell 3130cdn with the same yellow triangle mark on the flip on options, I tried to install the pcl 6 driver and I have nothing but single sided to select from. This has just recently started happening on my printer at home as it used to be able to print duplex with no problems. I have 7 or 8 of these printers that I manage at the university but none of them seem to have the same problem. I am able to print to my work 3130cdn printer using the flip on long or short edge options using the same computer (my work laptop that I use at home and work). Windows 7 32 bit Pro with all updates...
I searched some more and found where the option was not enabled in the drivers:
Using the PCL driver:
If you look in properties and advanced or installed options (one of the tabs should be named something like that) you will find a "get info from printer" button. Hit it.
Using the PS driver:
If you look in properties and advanced or installed options (one of the tabs should be named something like that) you should just be able to make the duplex option available by selecting available next to duplexor in the list.

This seemed to do the trick...
