How do YOU go about finding a good Dell laptop repair service?

Question

I think I need a new ac adapter charger port. So I need a laptop repair service. There are so many, and cross referencing shows sometimes that there are complaints or no reviews at all. I checked Angies List, and there aren't many reviews for my city for computer repairers. Which one to take a chance on? Dell doesn't seem to have a list of certified techs for different areas.  And if I find one, will they be able to get the Dell part they need? How do YOU find the right repair service?

I believe you are in the USA. We do not have authorized service center in the USA.

Is your system in warranty or out of warranty?

If it is in warranty, then let me know. If the warranty has expired, then you may call our Out of Warranty Dept.
