This notebook trys to meake me crazy men... now the fan stop work and if i not run the diganostic test the fan doesnt spin and when the fans spin in some ths works but if i shutdown the notebook and start up again the fan in some moments spins and i anothers not spin and i note to the fan stop spin and spin again .. i think this can be a problem in the Bios update i put it is the A17.. in the A07 this notebook have before never the fan go off and is much better for me the fan do not go off because i live in a tropical island and now the temps are too high can you think is cause for a Bios or is windows and i neeed to reinstall again ?
ok men but why before this run all times .. and i dont think so all this is tru because i have a various notebooks and alls when i strat up the fan runs and never go off only when i shutdown.. can is possible to put the fan to work all the time in windows with some parameter or something like that
There is no option in the BIOS or within the operating system to set the fan to always run.
You may use third party applications available online to make the changes.
If the system is not overheating or freezing and if you do not face any issues while working on the system, you may continue using the system without replacing any parts.
However if the system starts to overheat or freeze while usage, you may have to replace the motherboard as replacing the fan did not work earlier.

Hi batista31,
The fan does not spin at all times and runs only when required to cool the system temperature.
As mentioned earlier if the fan is still not working, you may consider replacing the motherboard.
