There is not a Windows 7 INF file for the 1907FP. So it is normal to see Generic PnP. You could try to force the Vista 64bit INF. Save the file to your windows desktop. Open the Device Manager- Monitors. Right click on Generic PnP, click Update driver. Force it to "choose" the 1907FP.inf file. Of course, this may not fix the visual quality.
