Please check in BIOS if the HDD is detected there. If it is detected then it could be an issue with the board and if not then it is issue with HDD. If the system is under warranty, a 200-0141 is a straight HDD replacement without further troubleshooting from dell. If the system boots by any chance, you can try updating the BIOS. Also this issue may occure if the HDD connection slot is lose or broken. So take a look at the slot where you connect teh HDD.

HDD is not a problem. I'm already change it to SSD and the problem is still there, so I'll follow your advise and check in BIOS...
