Customer kicked to curb after tablet recall. .. Dell unresponsive!

Very disappointed, after a product recall on my dell tablet and repeated conversations and broken promises I was abandoned with the tablet that dell had recalled but would not replace or repair ?????  Very Frustrated!!!!!

Some details would be helpful.  Which model, why was there a recall?  Seems to me a "recall" by its very nature implies the product will be repaired or replaced without charge to the client.  Why is your unit not being accepted?

Hard to comment or even know what to think without more information.
