You can contact Dell about these issues using this form and this form.
Fill them both out, you should hear back from Dell in 2 days, (business), or so.

I'm not taking any further time to fill out forms.
Please forward this concern internally on your end to someone who can do something about it.

If you don't want to fill out the forms that's your call. If you also look at my signature it says ''I do not work for Dell".
I work with them, but you're not willing to do what I asked. Chances are they will ask you to fill out the same forms.
