So I placed my order on 12/12/13 and have been waiting ever since for the stylus. My original order was grouped with the case as well. I told customer service that I did not want my order cancelled and replaced because I would lose my shipping priority. I didn't even need the case 8 weeks later as I already had one. Well, customer service cancelled and replaced my order without notifying me. The case immediately shipped and my order for the stylus was bumped all way back. Fast forward, the case and stylus and now both in stock and if my order would have not been cancelled they would both ship together and this situation would be over, instead my order was cancelled against my wishes and now I am forced to wait even longer for the stylus. If customer service would have left my order alone I would have both items by now. This is very upsetting! and to top it off, a representative at customer service told me I should place another order for the same stylus back at the beginning of January. She said to do this so I would have another order that was just for the stylus, which might make it ship faster. Well now they wont let me cancel one of the orders because they both are indicated as "in production". This situation is extremely frustrating and I will be glad when it is over!

Update
My order was cancelled and replaced by customer service. I have since received the case but I am still awaiting the stylus,

Further Update,
