I can't do a screen shot just by pressing the PrntScr button

I need to do a screenshot, but simply pressing the Windows key and the PrntScrn key doesn't work. Can someone tell me how to capture the screenshot image - as well as paste it into an email? Much thanks.

I just found a better way.  It's called the Windows Snipping Tool.  You can find it with the charms bar search.  I  recommend that you find it at c:\prorgams\windows accessories\snipping tool,  create a shortcut for to it on your desktop, and drag it to your taskbar.  You could also bring up the Apps on the Metro Start screen, search for Snipping Tool, and pin it to the task bar from there.

Since the keyboard way doesn't work for you, you can use a screenshot tool- Free Screenshot Capture. To embed a screenshot in an e-mail, you just need to click the attach button in your email and choose a screenshot to embed in the email.
