It sound like your U2713H has suffered a common failure of the internal USB3 circuit. Contact Dell tech support and request a replacement that has the A06 fix installed. If you bought the U2713H from Dell or you transferred the warranty from the original purchaser, you have a three year warranty from the date of first sale from Dell. I just replaced my six month old U2713H version A02 with a refurbished U2713H A06 and everything works fine.
Thanks for the reply. I checked the box the other day, and mine is A04. Currently, I'm still using the CAL1 (contains my last hardware calibrated profile) with the i1 software calibration profile on the computer. Looking at the profile chart, I'm at 0.8 dE. Lowest I've achieved since getting the display in September.
Might just hold on to this for a little while longer before going the route of getting it replaced with a refurbished. As I have more than 2 years to go on replacement warranty.
