I love mine too.  Best computer I've had in 20 years.  It's fast, does big jobs, and never crashes.

Well, except Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player occasionally crash, but I think that is Microsoft software bugs.

The burglar who stole my other Dell probably likes it too.  I haven't heard any complaints.

Wow, if that isn't the most obvious plant in the world. I guess the folks at Dell needed to be able to point to at least one post that gave them some sort of praise. The grammar errors were a nice touch.

Diddybear,

Yes, Dell paid me real well for my note as well:

There are a lot more happy Dell customers than you think!

I got my 1100 back when my credit was recently established, Dell accepted me for finance and I've been happy ever since.  I loved both laptops, especially the 5100.

Now if dell wants to pay me for saying this, I'll take small unmarked bills.  Otherwise, I just wanted to say it

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with my 4150 and Axim, I've had both for about a year now. Had a small problem with the memory and CD-rom on my laptop, but dell was quick to send out new parts. Not to mention the price...the 4150 is loaded and was top of the line when I bought it, only cost me $999. Dell's support is kind of hard to deal with, but it's no worse than any other computer company...

Cheap shot!!  Many of us are very happy Dell owners.  What you missed is Dell people don't come here.

[Edit] It is interesting when someone posts a positive message how many also add their positive experiences, and someone also has to try and rain on the parade.  No one said these forums have to be loaded with negative experiences!

Just to add my two cents: happy with my i8600 and any other Dell machine ever owned.

I was just roaming the forums and I came across this post.  I bought an 1100 three weeks ago and I can't stop singing its praises.  Sure, it is a bit on the heavy side, but most other notebooks are around the same weight range.  I use this notebook for a bunch of statistical software applications while I am at school and I am so glad to have the 1100.  For the price, this notebook was such a great deal - $650!  Can't beat that!
