Need assistance upgrading my Dell Inspiron 660

Question

Hi, I purchased a Dell Inspiron 660 earlier this year. I am interested in upgrading my power supply as well as my graphic card. I need help. I don't want to purchase new hardware if it won't fit or work with this pc. Perhaps someone can help me? I have been looking into this power supply --> http://www.corsair.com/en/power-supply-units/cs-series-power-supply-units/cs-series-modular-cs450m-450-watt-80-plus-gold-certified-psu.html I see it has 4 SATA connectors, which is a requirement for the desktop I have. Am I correct in saying that? The Graphic card I'm looking at has a minimum power requirement of 450 Watt. Does that mean a 450 Watt Power supply will suffice? Anything higher than 450 Watt seems to have more than 4 SATA Connectors.  My last question pertains to the Graphic Card itself. I have been looking at something like this -> http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-560 , the GeForce GTX 560. My question regarding this is will this Graphic card hook up to my desktop? I see its Supplementary Power Connectors is a 'Two 6-pin'. I'm not sure if that will work for me or what will. I don't know too much about computers so sorry if I'm not making much sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks

Thanks for taking the time to message me back. I'm still a little confused about the "PCI-e connectors", and how to tell if power supply's are compatible.

Yes, the Series GS600 2013 Edition 600 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply is compatible, it has the 2 x 6-pin PCI-E power connectors that's needed to supply the supplementary power to the GTX 560 graphics card.

The Corsair CS Series Modular CS450M, 450 Watt 80 PLUS is not compatible, the Geforce GTX 560 requires a power supply that has 2 x 6-pin PCI-e connectors.

Personally, I would buy either a 500w, or a 550w power supply, instead of the 450w unit.

Having a power supply with more than four SATA power connectors will not harm anything.

Regards to the GeForce GTX 560 video card, this will be fine, providing there is enough space inside the case for this card, it's dimensions are length 8.25" height 4.376.
