Dell India Pvt Ltd – Very poor Service support

Question

Hi, I had purchased a dell laptop inspiron 7720 from us My Dell Inspiron 17R SE is not working kebord &  laptop shuts down's during Games or HD movies When I talked with dell support they lock Service Request No | <ADMIN NOTE: service request number removed per privacy policy> They send Engineer keybord mother board & heatsink .after replaced motherbord service tag & nVidia Geforce GT 650M NOT DETECTED . Since now Dell sent me 3 motherboards back to back because the first 3 they sent out was DOA in 6days but problem still persist. Daily it comes with certain new problems Dell can replace US laptop in INDIA? plz help  Thanks.
