My long-list Issues with Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130

Question

I purchased the Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130 (128 GB) from Amazon and it was the worst product I have ever purchased and its a complete disappointment and these are the problems I encountered: - the constant freezing issue. However, when I updated the Bios (Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130 MS A05 BIOS) and I installed AVG Free Antivirus, it somehow decreased. - strange vibration sound come when watching videos -  terrible terrible Terrible touchpad that comes with the mobile keyboard with the battery. - screen lag issues - very low font resolution.  What I want to ask Dell representative is: - Is there an expected solution coming soon to solve all these problems or I should send it for RMA or back to Amazon for refund as I already exceeded the 1 month period and I bought a lot of expensive accessories for it (stylus, keyboard with the battery, additional backup battery). - Is the problem related to Windows 8.1 as I used to have Sony Duo 11 and used to work fine. I'm loosing my faith for the 1st time in Dell products.

This is product is the best buggy tablet ever made! I don't think Dell will ever get even close to a fully functionally one. I'm very disappointed.
