re: Dell mobile app error printing to 1320c

Hi All,

I have a 1320c that's on my network and can print fine from a Linux machine and a Windows 7 machine on that network. I have a WiFi router also as part of that network and I would like to print from my Android phone. I have installed the Dell Mobile Print app and the phone sees the printer and connects immediately but when I try to print something the printer starts up and then the warning symbol (orange exclaimation mark) on the front of the printer starts to flash. No paper is fed and nothing prints.

Where do I start looking? The mobile app does not give me an error (it just says "Printing...") and if I browse to the IP address of the printer I don't see any error messages.

TIA

I have the exact same problem. I thought it might be a paper size issue but can't seem to resolve it even after selecting the right one at each print.

Dell Mobile Print app does not support Dell 1320c Color Laser.

The problem could be because the Dell Mobile Print app does not offer support for 1320c. Most likely, your mobile app can't detect your device that is why you are not seeing any error message.
