E7440 with Windows 8.1 Pro - No fingerprint option after boot/standby

Latitude E7440 + Fresh (Non-Dell) install of Windows 8.1 Professional. DDP Client Security Framework, Security Tools, and Security Tools Authentication are installed. If I lock the computer and then unlock it, I can use my fingerprint. If I reboot the machine or come out of standby, I only get the Windows login and I have to type a password. Is there a configuration setting there? Software I need to install? I am starting this from the DDP Admin Console. Also trying to set up the pre-boot authentication. Can't seem to find that either.

Still working on the pre-boot authentication, but there was an upgrade for DDP | Security that fixed the sleep/standby/boot issue. DDP | Security 1.3.0.522 fixed that up.
