Only by means of  a third-party adapter that takes the place of your CD/DVD drive - they exist but can only be used for storage drives (you cannot boot from a drive mounted in one).

no but i can tell you the next best thing that i did western digital makes a vary nice laptop duel drive that fits in this computer its a pretty snug fit but it fits in their its called the western digital duel drive it has a 120gb ssd and a 1tb 5400 rpm hard drive all in one enclose you can try that it was on sale a while ago got mine for 160$ including tax
