Download the drivers for BIOS and network card from the link mentioned below. Make sure the battery is fully charged or you can keep the adaptor plugged in to the computer during the installation of drivers
Go to http://dell.to/TOp2TF Select Drivers and Downloads and then select the computer operating system Windows 8 32/64 bit and download BIOS and then download network drivers which is compatible with the computer network card (Eg:1704,1703/1705). This should resolve your issue.
