4k monitor dell up3214q

Question

Hi, I had same problems with my dell 32 4k monitor rev A00 as previos posters; I replaced it for A01. My problems is: I can't get 3840*2160 res, even with A01 monitor. It reports 3840*2160 res, but it's clearly displaying just 1920*1080 res. I think it has something to do with nvidia gtx 780 graphic card, driver up to date. What should I do?
