I would suggest you update the BIOS on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the BIOS from BIOS section onto the system and install it. Then run the diagnostics again.
Also, I would suggest that you run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.
Good news is your hardware should in warranty for one year and 90 days for software support. Call Dell, they will have you run some tests over the phone. If nothing is found they likely will send out a repairman to replace power plug & board.
I would try that before you mess around with the bios on my own.
