Dust under the screen - Inspiron 17 7000 1080p

Question

After coming through some white backgrounds I have noticed several dust specs that appear to be under the screen. There is one nearly in the center which is impossible not to locate. I would like to have the panel replaced as it seems to have more than 5 dust specs and each occludes a minimum of two pixels. The problem is that my warranty has runout the first 30 days and I understand that the replacement might be a refurbished panel. Would it be possible to have the replacement sent to me so I can directly compare and decide which is in better condition either the one I currently have or the replacement? Also is the replacement a separate panel or some kind of kit including the whole screen housing? It would make no sense to open the current housing out of factory conditions to allow even more dust inside.

This is a relative dust speec location map

Also there are some backlight bleeding areas coincident with the most dust populated areas I guess the dust is within the panel's backlight
