U2312HMt, left hand side of screen faulty

Question

The monitor has developed a fault whereby the left handside of the screen appears green and 'liney'. I have posted pictures of the BID results. You can clearly see the greenish colour on the grey and white screens. Also, the affected side of the monitor shows heavy lines. I have taken pictures of this also. You can see lines cleared on the Start Menu picture whereas on the clock side the image is smooth and there are no lines. I have tried using different cables and three different laptops, all have the same issue (although it seems obvious the fault lies with the monitor as the issue is still present on the BID screens). The monitor is sixteen months old. S/N: CN-0KF87Y-74445-28O-285l REV: A00 Model: Dell UltraSharp U2312HMt 23' Monitor with LED OS: Windows 7/64-bit Video Card: AMD Radeon R5 235 + HD 7560D Dual Graphics Video out ports available: HDMI & DVI What video out port are you using from the video card to what video in port on the monitor? HDMI out → DVI in What cable are you using to attach the video card to the monitor? HDMI to DVI cable Are you using the Dell supplied cable? No Press the monitor Menu button to open the monitor OSD (On Screen Display). The bottom of that screen should show a resolution. That resolution should match the monitor default resolution: Yes it does Can you post a video of the issue?
