organized crime getting confidential Dell customer info ?

Hello , I am very concerned that there is a leak of Dell Customer info to organized crime in India ! Let me explain why I am now very concerned. Shortly after I first bought my dell laptop awhile back I started receiving some brand new types of junk E-mail in my email account, it told me how I was now eligible for a brand new dell computer,.. I did not believe it to be true, why would dell be giving me a brand new computer just a week or two after i had recently bought one from them... i had never before got any such junk emails from dell before until i bought my laptop from them , but coincidently just after i purchase a Dell laptop i all of a sudden start getting junk emails telling me that Dell wants to give me a new free computer.... i was suspicious back then about these emails so i just set my email account to block them. But recently , yesterday to be exact i spent about four and a half hours being passed around on the phone with dell over the phone support staff trying to resolve issues with my Dell inspiron laptop. A lot of the Dell support people i discussed my laptop with were actually based in INDIA working for Dell, They logged our discussions' and each different Dell Branch and person i was handed over to would pull up my case number which gave them an overview of the issue being previously discussed by me and the last dell representative i spoke with...at the end of the evening i was told my only option was ship my laptop to Dell and to pay Dell to renew my warranty to fix the faulty factory installed software on my dell, And so the night ended with me giving up on getting my laptop fixed and basically telling that last dell rep that if i do decide to fix the laptop i would call dell back when convenient for me and i would proceed to make arrangements then to fix the inspiron and that would be the end of it for now.. well oddly enough this evening i get a phone call and the Indian voice on the other end of the phone says to me 'i am phoning you to fix your DELL computer' he tells me he is a DELL tech. He then asks me what is wrong with your computer, which i found very odd because all the dell reps i spoke with yesterday simply referred to my case number in front them and they new exactly what the issue was. .Then he asks me to turn on my laptop and that he can fix it right now, so i get more suspicious because just yesterday Dell reps told me it would have to be sent in to be fixed. And besides my laptop was already turned on and logged into Dells website something he should have been able to know if he really was at Dell trying to trouble shoot my laptop online,,, I nicely apologize to the guy and tell him im busy now and hang up,,,i then go online and look up his phone number that was still on my phone display and sure enough a lot of people are complaining about this number being a scam... so how did these INDIAN phone scam crooks know to call me the very next day after i had just been on the phone with Dell's support workers in India, i had never before got any call in the past like this let alone them knowing that i own a dell and had issues with it,,,, And how is it that just after purchasing my Dell laptop i all of a sudden get scammers trying to con me with fake Dell emails for free Dell Laptops ???... Obviously someone in the INDIA CALL CENTERS is selling off Dell's Customer's confidential info to members of organized crime in India who are then promptly using the info to try and scam Dell's Costumers... here is the phone number that called me saying he was a DELL TECH.... 1-972-332-4856 website of others getting same call http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-972-332-4856 Dell you folks need to take a good hard look at the security background of the people you got working for you in INDIA,,,,but then again India is as many people who come from there say the capital of bribes and corruption, so maybe just get your call centers out of India altogether...
