If that order is posted correctly then it is set to boot from a "Removablr Device", I.E. a floppy drive. Do you have the floppy drive installed??? Do you have a bootable floppy disk in the drive????
Hit the F12 function key to get a one time BOOT menu.

Doesn't appear to work - that works on my old latitude but not on this inspiron. I don't think that option is available in this model. Any other ideas?
