Under Display adapters right click on Intel(R) HD Graphics and Intel(R) HD Graphics then uninstall, make sure you check the box which says delete the driver.
And also uninstall the display drivers form programs and features.
Reboot the system and install the video drivers in order; install intel (r) HD graphic driver reboot the system then install AMD Radeon HD 7730M
Please let us know, When did this issue started? Was it working before? Have you tried with different HDMI cable? Also private message your computer service tag number here: http://dell.to/1ofXVLj
It stopped working around the same time I upgraded to windows 8.1 from windows 8, which was a few months ago now.
It was working on windows 8 perfectly fine, it was also working on my windows 7 partition before the upgrade.
I have tried multiple cables and monitors. It always does the same thing, it recognises that the cable is connected but has no video output (I have changed the display settings to determine if the resolution was an issue, but no success).
I am unable to send a private message as no matches can be found in the recipients
Can it be verified that the driver (un)installation will work? Previously, for me at least, uninstalling AMD drivers either broke startup process, CCC did not start after Windows startup or Intel drivers got broken (control panel did not open).
I am currently running driver version 13.151.0.0 provided by Dell, and would like to update, but only if I can be certain that nothing gets broken again.
Since you have tried all the possible steps as a final option i would suggest you to back up the data from your computer and do factory restore. Please click here to know about windows 8 factory restore: http://dell.to/1u0NJHN

Hi,
Please try installing driver from manufacturer website.
click here to download the driver: http://www2.ati.com/drivers/mobile/14-4-mobility-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql.exe
Please uninstall the drivers completely before you install driver.
Let me know if this helped.
