Vostro 3360 Fan not running
Dear Dell,
after replacing my Motherboard because of Display Problems my CPU is not running any more. I got the following error messgae when running the diagnostic tool:
Error code: 2000-0511
Validation: 96997
Msg: The (Processor Fan) fan failed to respond correctly.
The latest BIOS is installed.

Additional comment: Mainboard was changed by Dell Service within 1 year warrenty.

1. Freshly installed motherboard is faulty
or
2. When motherboard was replaced fan was accidentally not connected.
or
3. Motherboard replacement is just a coincidence and fan is faulty.
If Dell serviced it contact them to sort it out.
