Hello. Sorry that you did not get an answer. I don't know of such a switch -- that doesn't mean there isn't one.
The original "Realtek Audio Manager" had an advanced section where one could manually select between speakers and headphones, but probably too many clicks to get to it to be practical. The Dell version of it, "Dell Audio Manager" left out that feature.
