No sound in my Dell inspiron 15 5537

Question

Hello Yesterday I connected my laptop to LG screen using HDMI wire, the sound supposed to come out from the LG screen but it didn't ,  so I went to audio devices and disabled the laptop microphones so that would force the sound to come out from the LG screen.   Today when I  have switched on my laptop I noticed there is no sound coming from the microphones and the sound icon is crossed,  I tired clicking on the sound icon to change the volume but that  opened a window for problem detection.  It  says '' There is a problem with the driver for Bluetooth Audio Device, Reinstalling the driver might  fix this problem ''.  I clicked on Apply this fix  but  it could not fix it.  I went to Audio Devices window and found that there is no audio devices are installed.  Note: I have only used normal headset but never used Bluetooth headset.

Hello. Go to the Inspiron 15R 5537 support page. Select your operating system by clicking on the little blue "Change OS" arrow, and select Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or Ubuntu. Next expand the Audio category and download and install the Realtek audio driver there, then test the audio again.
