How to cancel my 2 year Technical support contract?

I will try to cancel my two-year contract for technical support. I am not getting any support. None. I have tried the several support routes and find them much the same. Time is money in my little business and I cannot afford to sit staring at a computer for thirty minutes which says to me 'You are next in queue'. It went from 4:37 to 5:07 when I hung up. Some queue! After getting on the chat circuit a few days ago, I finally got to chat with someone who thanked me with a lot of lines but then told me that he was technical support for hardware only. Finally got to the software telephone line which took another extended wait for the tech rep to service his other clients. I explained that I could not afford to tie up the telephone line while i hung on to get help. Finally gave up. I was a dedicated Dell supporter. My first computer in 1999, but now it is not even trying to help me.

Only a Customer Care manager could approve cancelling a purchased warranty. You should avail yourself of the free troubleshooting found here in the Forum. You would post the specific issue and our users would assist you. A complete listing of our Forum boards is here. So if the issue is operating system related, you would open the Software & Operating Systems board. Then choose either Microsoft OS Forum. If the issue is software related, post on the Productivity Software Forum.
