Also Note that I had previously run the Dell Troubleshooter and it detected no problems.
I found a solution myself.
I accessed the BIOS settings via F2 key during boot, and the only thing I could see that I could try was to restore Default settings, so I did that. My PC then booted up normally but for low-res. Device Manager now showed the two graphics cards, so I ran the installer for the latest drivers from GeForce and the PC is now running perfectly once again.
