The Dell Nvidia GeForce GTX745 has the following video out ports = HDMI DVI VGA
The U2412M does not have an HDMI in port. It has the following video in ports = DP DVI VGA
The video card HDMI out port cannot upconvert to the monitor DP in port without spending an additional $121.99 on an active converter. So you would have to use VGA for one of the monitors.
Dell Nvidia GeForce GTX745 DVI out --> DVI to DVI cable --> #1 U2412M DVI in = 1920x1200 Dell Nvidia GeForce GTX745 VGA out --> VGA to VGA cable --> #2 U2412M VGA in = 1920x1200
The other option is to look for a an XPS 8700 that has a video card with DP and DVI outs.
I've used HDMI to DVI many times both directions, meaning HDMI computers to DVI monitors and DVI computers to HDMI monitors or TVs.
Seems like this setup should work:
Monitor 1 (Computer) DVI to (Monitor) DVI Monitor 2 (Computer) HDMI to (Monitor) DVI with either a DVI to HDMI cable or a low cost DVI to hdmi adapter.

I use an HDMI to DVI cable on my current PC.
Will I be able to get 1920X1200 out the HDMI port with a HDMI to DVI cable?
Dell Nvidia GeForce GTX745 DVI out --> HDMI to DVI cable --> U2412M DVI in = 1920x1200 ?

I can't guarantee it will work, but I'd be really surprised if it did not work.

I am confident it will work. :)
My concern is that my U2412M is 1920x1200 and I want to run at that native resolution.

States:
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 745 4GB DDR3 HDMI is only 1920x1080. :(
My old AMD 5450 gives me 1920x1200 for HDMI to DVI on my XPS 8100.
For two U2412M monitors:
VGA and DVI gave me slightly different colours but when I used DVI and HDMI to DVI it was fine!

Got it. I understand your concern.
Honestly, I would bet the dell web page you linked to is inaccurate and the card will support 1980x1200 over HDMI. I wouldn't bet much though :)
