Hi shooter119,

Welcome to the Community,

Please share the system model to help you better.

Mean while try to release flea power and see if that helps. To release flea power disconnect the charger, remove the battery and press and hold down the power button for 30 seconds(with battery and charger disconnected). Now put back the battery and reconnect the charger and turn on the system.

In case the problem persists, Please pay close attention to the number of beeps. There is a big difference between a “beep-beep-beep” beep code and a “”beep-beep” beep code. Let us know how many times the system beeps.

Let us know about the progress.

If it's a 4-beep error,

Unplug system, remove battery.  Hold power button for 30 sec.  Remove and reinstall both memory modules.  If that does nothing, try each module by itself in each socket.  If removing one module fixes the issue (i.e., the other one works in either socket), that module is bad.  If installing either module in one socket produces the error, the socket is bad.  If the module is bad, replace it.  If the socket is bad, the mainboard will need to be replaced.

If you get a 3-beep error, that's a bad mainboard - it will need to be replaced.
