I also have this issue... can't seen to fix it. Has anyone ever solved this?

If the battery id dead in 4 hours, you are NOT in Sleep Mode. The laptop is still on with the screen off. Does the power button color show it's in sleep mode? You can try going to Advanced Power Options and disabling Hybrid Sleep.

Yes, i know i' not in sleep... but this was the closest description to the issue that i'm having that i found.
The second time i try to put the computer in sleep it wont go to sleep but the screen goes black and a cannot regain control of it...
Any ideas?
