Click 2 Fix is proprietary software and the only way that you can get it is by either contacting Dell's support people for assistance or by becoming an employee agent or manager of Dell's support department, which has their own login page at:
Even after you do contact Dell's support people, they are still required to remove the software back off your computer after they're done repairing it remotely since Click 2 Fix is proprietary software licensed only for Dell system technicians' use only.
