If  the system is under warranty, call Dell.

If not, post the model number (i.e., Inspiron 5521, XPS L502x, etc.) if you need further assistance.

Seven beeps usually indicates that the system board has failed. There are many posts showing how this situation can be fixed by heat treating the system board in an oven or with a heat gun in order to remelt the solder in case of a faulty connection. Search on this topic. There are UTube videos showing the procedure. You will need to be able to remove the system board to do the fix. This is not difficult, but requires much care. You are on your own using this procedure. I have never used it, but would try if needed.
