inapiron 8100 bios screen size

Question

i had my inspiron 8100 apart today and now when i first turn it on the bios screen (the one that says dell inspiron and has the f2 for set up on it) is small it was bigger i unhooked the mouse  and found out after that the clock battey was in it  how do i make it big again keith
