I would suggest that you run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.
Also, I would suggest you to bring up the On Screen Keyboard (OSK) and try using it to check if the keys on the system works to isolate if the issue is related to hardware or software.
In addition, please connect an external USB keyboard to the system and check if it works.
