Hi DeniM16,

I’d suggest that you follow the steps mentioned below and check for issue resolution.

  1. Switch off the computer.
  2. Disconnect the power cable from the wall.
  3. Disconnect all the peripherals from the tower
  4. Press and hold down the power button for 15 seconds.
  5. Then connect back all the peripherals and check if the system works fine..

Also, I would suggest you reseat a few components, like memory, hard drive and optical drive and see if that makes a difference. In the link below punch in the system service tag or express service code and you can access the user manual for removing and reseating components.

Thank you for your answer, but this things not helped me. I disassemble the laptop and clean up and put on the graphic card and processor a thermal paste Arctic Cooling MX-2, but this dont solved the problem. I am desperate and do not know what to do, I tried everything.

Hi DeniM16,

The issue seems to be with the motherboard you may have to replace it.
