I understand your plight Muhammad.The concern here is that once the system is sold from dell we cannot send out the Dell OEM disc or any faulty part again unless we have a copy of the invoice .I have already sent the link for the drivers .It could be possible that the version of OS being installed by you is not the genuine version..As you have mentioned that the system was given to you as gift the you have not been charged for the disc or the system.So an alternate option which I have for you is you may contact the local tech support team .

also I have mentioned you in my second last reply that a driver named virtual bluetooth driver is not present in my laptop which has also following drivers where can I download virtual bluetooth driver or how can I manually install these ones in my laptop??????? see the sub-folders in virtual bluetooth folder

when i try to install any drivers it stops on the bluetooth which seems fine after a while in the device manager beside the fact i cannot enable or disable it with fn+prt screen or prt screen only.
i am downloaded the 3 given network drivers given for my laptop in your website even though i can't turn on the wife or bluetooth and i clear in it and i need your immediate assistance....
and also i am downloaded the drivers from the link which was given in your further replies in your
website and iam in struggle i need to turn on my wifi and bluetooth help me

Download the files and install them in the same sequence as listed here

I have installed all drivers from the above given link

Do try this troubleshooting steps and advise .
Uninstall the existing chip set (Intel Chipset Driver) ,Quickest (Dell Quickset Application) and Bluetooth driver(Dell Wireless 1705 WiFi + Bluetooth Driver) and then reinstall the same.

Hello.
Inspiron 15 (3542, Early 2014) - Dell prepare wrong drivers list for this model!
First update BIOS - remember, laptop charger must be connected!
Download correct drivers and install them:
1. Intel Chipset - restart system
2. WiFi + Bluetooth - restart system
3. Audio Drivers - restart system
4. Intel HD Graphics - restart system
5. Nvidia Graphics - restart system
6. Realtek Card Reader - restart system
7. Intel Rapid Storage - restart system
8. Dell Touchpad Driver - restart system
For the end if U wont of course, is not necessary, install Dell update and My Dell

i have a similar problem trying to install the wifi adapter on windows 7.
the hardware id's are:
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0036&SUBSYS_020C1028&REV_01
