Run the P2414H Built-in Diagnostics (page 48) and post pictures or a video of the colored screens.

Here is video link that you have requested. Also if you see screen blue in self diagnostics and blue screen of windows 8. In self diagnostic I only see behaviour in black color.
Let me know your suggestion on this.

So Is this issue with screen right ?
I also have another monitor S2240L and when I look that screen it is complete one color screen.
