Any lights visible? What colors? Count the set of beeps. Continuous beeping could be a processor failure. That would be 7 beeps that keep repeating. Check your manual online at Dell Support to confirm. I would buy a new windows 10 laptop rather than spending money on a laptop repair that could cost more. Get an estimate.
