i ordered the same alienware model back on April 10th, estimated delivery is for April 28th, and mine also says pre-production still. So you aren't the only one, the only thing i can think of is that they are waiting on parts, i wouldn't be surprised if our delivery dates got pushed back. My shipping says 3-5 business days so the pc would have to be shipped by atleast the end of the week.
