Thanks for your prompt reply. I understand that it support fast charging if the device is BC1.2. But, the manual also mentioned that it support normal USB devices (page 20). Anyway I was trying to charge my iPhone 6+ and it should be BC1.2 compatible. Also, all other USB ports on the monitor can charge my iPhone except this fast charging port. I don't think this is due to connection problem.
Can I know whether there is any test I can do to see if the port is faulty?

There is not test other than trying multiple devices in the port.
